MISSION STATEMENT
If as a result of negligence or carelessness you or someone you love is injured and unable to carry on their normal daily activities, the emotional, physical and financial consequences can be devastating.
The inability to work, care for your children, sleep, eat or do anything without pain and discomfort can have long-lasting and devastating effects on you and your family. While accidents happen without intending harm, the harm is nevertheless a result and needs to be redressed.
In our civilized society we compensate for the wrongs done to another with money damages. Money damages cannot undue the harm, but it can help reduce the hardships you and your family will be made to endure as a result of your injuries.
In most instances, there is insurance in place designed to compensate you, but insurance companies will do everything in their power to keep you from receiving just compensation.
It is my mission to fight the insurance company for every penny that you deserve to ensure that the financial and emotional harm attendant to you and your family is minimized with a fair and just recovery.

BIO
Crystal grew up in upstate New York in a working class family. No one expected her to become a lawyer, or even go to college, for that matter. Indeed, her father was originally extremely opposed to the idea – if she didn’t get married after high school, she was expected to get a job and contribute financially to the household.
Bucking all expectations, Crystal started working as a waitress at the age of 15 and supported her own way through college. She has always had to fight for what she wanted in life as nothing was ever handed to her. It is this relentless determination to succeed and refusal to take “no” for an answer that lead Crystal to become a lawyer and a passionate advocate for her clients.
Crystal has been together with her husband and high school sweetheart, Tony, for over 20 years. They have a six-year old daughter, Marina, a boxer named Nikko and a cat named Jerry. She enjoys spending time with her family, especially doing outdoor activities such as camping, running and boating.
